Do I have to be home during the carpet cleaning?

No, you do not have to be home while we clean your home's carpets or upholstery. While we do prefer you to be there when we first arrive, it is not necessary that you are there initially.

Yes, it is completely safe for your little ones and their furry friends to be on the carpet after we have cleaned it. We don't use any chemicals that are harmful to pets or children in our process. However, they should stay off the carpets when they are wet to ensure their safety as well as a quality cleaning job.

Do you offer mobile cleaning services for my car's upholstery?

Yes, we do offer a service for cleaning car upholstery. Keep in mind that the price will depend on the size of the vehicle as well as the amount of cleaning that is necessary.

How long will it take to get my carpets or upholstery cleaned?

The amount of time the cleaning service takes will depend entirely on the size of the job. Typically, we are able to finish a cleaning job within a few hours.

How long will it take for my carpets or upholstery to dry?

On average, it takes 6 to 12 hours for carpets and upholstery to dry completely. The specific time depends heavily on the type of fabric we have cleaned as well as the temperature and air movement in the room.
